Online Game I Should Make Maybe?

Guys, you know how some people on matmice make those little towns and stuff? I was thinking about maybe making one. I've put the idea aside for quite a while but if you guys say I should and help me with idea I'm sure I could do it-- but only with your help.

Is it spanish or japanese or english or a far off distant fantasy culture? Is it in New York or Egypt or a made-up place? that's what i mean by what it is.
