HELP PLZ-I joined LiveJournal...

...and I'm too afraid to ask my mom to do the age-verification thing. I'm afraid she'll spaz out on me, although I'm pretty sure she's never heard of LiveJournal. But she's heard all about MySpace-and heck, any "big, popular site" equals bad news in her book.

So, yep, I'm pathetic. I'm too lazy to write in a diary, and since I'm addicted to the computer, LiveJournal seemed like the perfect choice for me. And I was going to set it to Friends Only or whatever.

Meh. What's more, you have to use a credit card, and even though it states YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED, she'll probably flip out.

What should I do?

Try another service then or face the scariest thing ever....... Telling your mum!
