Brushes heeeelp!

I downloaded brushes from sites, and they are in .zip file. I am told I have to unzip the file to import them into psp... BUT HOW? D:

I dont download brushes because I personally am confused about what a brush is.

No, it's an item of paint shop pro & photoshop that you use on graphics.
