Whats going on??!! HELP

I cant get on xat.
If i get on any other chatbox then the ones that im a owner or guest on,
it doesnt work.
On top of that, matmice is down for my computer.
HALP
P.S.: I cant get on any xat groups.
Too scared to ask anyone in the household.

IE isnt my most favorite browser.
